WinIVR is a powerful and user-friendly tool capable of designing custom IVR (Interactive Voice Response) applications. An IVR system is a system that allows your PC to answer an inbound call from the telephone line, and subsequently interacts logically (and intelligently) with the caller. It "listens" by detecting the digits pressed by the caller on his or her touch-tone keypad. Conversely, it "talks" by playing pre-recorded messages to the caller. It behaves intelligently by waiting for the caller to respond and prompts the caller for digits after a certain time.
